PayPal webhooks

Signature

Headers PAYPAL-TRANSMISSION-ID, -TIME, -SIG and PAYPAL-CERT-URL. Verify with PayPal's verify-webhook-signature API, or check the RSA signature against the certificate.

✓ A bin checks PayPal signatures: add the webhook id (Developer Dashboard → Webhooks) under Signature verification (PayPal).

Retries

PayPal retries for up to 3 days if it does not get a 2xx.

Receive PayPal webhooks with webhooks.xyz

Create a bin. Paste its URL into PayPal. Each request shows at once with its headers and body. Add your server as a destination, and deliveries retry when it is down. Request an invite.
