Signature

Header intuit-signature: HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with the webhook verifier token, base64 encoded.

✓ A bin checks QuickBooks Online signatures: add the webhook verifier token under Signature verification (QuickBooks Online).

Retries

Intuit retries for up to 24 hours and disables the endpoint after repeated failures. The payload has only IDs; fetch the entity from the API.

Receive QuickBooks Online webhooks with webhooks.xyz

Create a bin. Paste its URL into QuickBooks Online. Each request shows at once with its headers and body. Add your secret, and each request gets a verified or failed mark. Add your server as a destination, and deliveries retry when it is down. Request an invite.
