Signature

Header X-Hub-Signature-256: 'sha256=' + HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body with the Meta app secret, hex encoded. The same scheme applies to Facebook and Instagram webhooks.

Retries

Meta retries with backoff for up to 7 days if it does not get a 200.
