Signature

No HMAC. Basic auth you set on the subscription, or custom headers.

Retries

Azure DevOps retries a failed delivery a few times with increasing gaps and disables the subscription after repeated failures.

Receive Azure DevOps service hooks webhooks with webhooks.xyz

Create a bin. Paste its URL into Azure DevOps service hooks. Each request shows at once with its headers and body. Add your server as a destination, and deliveries retry when it is down. Request an invite.
