Any Pub/Sub topic delivered to your URL: Cloud Storage notifications, Cloud Build, Billing budgets, Eventarc, your own publishers.

Signature

Optional OIDC token: Authorization: Bearer <JWT> signed by Google for the service account you configure; verify the token's signature, audience and email.

Retries

Pub/Sub retries with exponential backoff (10 s to 600 s) until acknowledged (2xx) or the message expires (7 days by default). A dead-letter topic is optional.

data is base64. Decode it to get the publisher's payload.
Answer 2xx fast; a slow endpoint causes redelivery and duplicates. Deduplicate on messageId.

Create a bin. Paste its URL into Google Cloud Pub/Sub push subscriptions. Each request shows at once with its headers and body. Add your server as a destination, and deliveries retry when it is down. Request an invite.
